Orla has been going to Future X in Kilsyth since she was in P2 (she’s now in P5). She absolutely loves it, and it’s no exaggeration to say that out of the out-of-school activities she’s involved in, Future X is her favorite, and she can’t wait to go along every week. She loves the games, the music, winning points and working in teams with her friends. She is buzzing each week when she comes out so she can tell me how many points she has won! She is very competitive (especially with herself!) and wants to score as many points as she can each season. Steven and the team are great. They do a brilliant job and the kids love them. I’ve recommended Future X to so many parents, and a couple of Orla’s best friends joined last year, and absolutely love it too. Highly recommended!
.My son Adam has been at future x for years. He had a taster session when he was in primary school and instantly fell in love with the classes. He has continued to attend Steven’s classes ever since he is now 3rd year at high school. The classes are fun and tailored to what the kids like. It’s a great way to get extra fitness in aswell as socialising out with school hours. The classes are age appropriate and the future X Crystal reward scheme provides a great incentive for the kids to work towards. Steven and his team have a great ability to give the children praise and credit on a regular basis and nobody regardless of skill or ability is left out or made to feel different. Steven provides a safe and happy atmosphere, he is one of the most approachable people I as a parent have ever had to deal with. Adam has said on more than one occasion that when he is of age he would love to take part in helping mentor the classes. From one happy and greatfull parent keep up the great work Steven and the Future X team.
After a taster session at school, my son instantly wanted to join Future X! Sport has never been his thing but he absolutely loves the thrill of Future X. It’s been invaluable for building his confidence and self esteem with Steven being a master at supporting timid children. It literally made my son’s year to come home with a Future X medal. Can’t recommend these classes highly enough!
Future X is a brilliant fitness club for children of all ages, I've been lucky enough to watch Steven in action in my primary school. The children in my class loved his enthusiasm, were motivated and challenged during his games and activities, and found confidence to give everything ago. Many now attend his evening club where not only do they get to have fun whilst keeping fit, but make new friends too.
As a school, we have been so fortunate to have Steven in several times to offer taster sessions of the amazing Future X to pupils from P2-P7. His excellent manner and approach engages pupils immediately, even those who can find new experiences more overwhelming, and his highly enjoyable activities motivate pupils to participate fully - there is always a sigh when the taster session ends! The level of response from our pupils to then join Future X sessions is consistently high from all ages and stages and it is wonderful to see, and hear of, the children speak so enthusiastically and positively about their attendance at Steven’s sessions, where they engage in physical activity, work cooperatively with peers, develop friendships and also confidence. Steven is very skilled at recognising and celebrating all children’s efforts, which is motivating for them as well. Steven is very approachable and understanding and the joys of Future X often fill playground conversations. This is such a successful venture and we would welcome Steven back into our school anytime - if you can, get him into your local school!
What I like best about Future X is I get to play games like ‘Storm the Castle’ and ‘War Zone’. I go with my friends every Wednesday to Larbert High School and I have won an outstanding achievement crystal which I love. When we play games and win we collect points and they get added to the crystal list. It’s fun playing in teams and I’ve met lots of new friends and I even have a Future X T-Shirt and water bottle now too.
Future X is a fantastic class that combines fitness with fun & games for all ages. My child struggles with social anxiety & this class has always made him feel happy & included in a team. Steven is great with the children & makes this fitness class unique with crystals, medals & achievement certificates. Thank you Steven & all at Future X
Both my girls (14 and 11) have been going to FutureX for a number of years, both really enjoy it. They get to keep fit and active whilst having fun and meeting their friends from their own school and other schools in the area. The games have changed and evolved over the years so they don’t get bored with the sessions.

My boys have both attended Future X for years now and it’s been amazing to see a programme that they can truly grow with. Both thoroughly enjoy the classes and never ever hesitate to sign up for each new session. Steven and his coaches do such an amazing job with the kids. Highly recommended!
Future X Fitness is the most talked about children's club in our household... And for extremely positive reasons!
I have two children that attend the Bo'ness class and have done for a number of years. Both of them love the class and look forward to going every week. The variety of games and skills they are developing is great and it's coupled with fun and the desire to get points for the coveted crystal at the end of the season.
My children (and I) would recommend Future X and Steven and his team to anyone that is looking for a high energy and fun / interactive club for children of all ages. They work as a team and also points for themselves and fundamentally they come home happy week after week.
Both my boys have attended Future X for a few years now and they both come out so excited each week to tell me about the games they played and the points they gained! Having observed Steven’s taster sessions in my school I knew it was something I my kids would absolutely love! Highly recommend Future X
